World Diabetes Day celebrated at Aryans With the objectives of raising awareness about  different kinds  of diabetes & to prevent & manage them Aryans College of Pharmacy and Aryans Institute of  Nursing , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh Aryans students of B. Aryans celebrates World Radiography Day   To acknowledge the profound impact of radiography on modern medicine, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh celebrated World Radiography Day on this year theme “Radiographers: Seeing the Unseen." Aryans Institute of  Nursing  Organized a speech, poster contest & skit on this occasion To create awareness about Cancer among students and to unite everyone in the fight against Cancer, Aryans Institute of  Nursing , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh celebrated ‘National Cancer Awareness Day’ today. Students of B. Sc.  Nursing , GNM & ANM & from other departments participated in this event on this year theme “Hope, love, and strength: our weapons against cancer”. Cardiologist from Mohali interacted with Aryans Students   On the occasion of World Heart Day, to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura,  Near Chandigarh organized a seminar on this year theme "Use Heart to connect". ADC Patiala was Chief Guest while Civil Surgeon Patiala was Guest of Honour   A voluntary blood donation camp was organised by Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. Dr. Harjinder Singh Bedi (IAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Patiala inaugurated the camp as Chief Guest while  Dr. Jatinder Kansal, Civil Surgeon Patiala was the Guests of Honour. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over. The donors were honored with medals & Certificates. 51 unit of blood were collected in this camp. A 10 members team of blood transfusion from Rajindra Hospital, Patiala including Doctors,  Nurses  and Technicians conducted a thorough medical checkup of voluntary & eligible donors to donate blood. Menstrual Hygiene Day observed at Aryans Institute of  Nursing   To highlight the importance of good menstrual hygiene, break stigma around menstruation, and raise awareness about challenges regarding access to menstrual products, Aryans Institute of  Nursing , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh observed Menstrual hygiene day.
