Cardiologist from Mohali interacted with Aryans Students   On the occasion of World Heart Day, to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura,  Near Chandigarh organized a seminar on this year theme "Use Heart to connect". Dr. Karandeep S Syal Senior Consultant, Cardiology, My Hospital, Mohali interacted with faculty members & the Aryans students of   Nursing , Pharma, Physiotherapy, Anesthesia, Medical Lab Sciences, Radiology, Operation Theatre Technology etc. On the occasion speech competition & poster presentation was also organised. ADC Patiala was Chief Guest while Civil Surgeon Patiala was Guest of Honour   A voluntary blood donation camp was organised by Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. Dr. Harjinder Singh Bedi (IAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Patiala inaugurated the camp as Chief Guest while  Dr. Jatinder Kansal, Civil Surgeon Patiala was the Guests of Honour. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over. The donors were honored with medals & Certificates. 51 unit of blood were collected in this camp. A 10 members team of blood transfusion from Rajindra Hospital, Patiala including Doctors,  Nurses  and Technicians conducted a thorough medical checkup of voluntary & eligible donors to donate blood.
